“10/10 Recommend for all your phone and electronic repair needs ive had several cell phones and other electronics repaired by them. I would also recommend the cases really nice just careful with the ones with the stuff that dangles it breaks off easily i secured mines with glue before putting it on. I wouldnt recommend the screen protectors here though just my honest opinion im looking into furniture next so I'll come back and update afterwards but so far i love this place great customer service the guys here seem nice will definitely be going back. Overall great experience!!!!”

“They helped me with a new phone and with switching over to Boost, which by no fault of theirs turned out to be quite a challenge. Nonetheless, the two ladies who were working that day stayed with it - made several calls to customer service on my behalf - until they got it done. I'm really happy that I went to this store specifically because I don't think I would have gotten that level of customer service at just any location that sells Boost service.”
“These guys are highly skilled technicians. My Samsung Galaxy stopped powering on, and indications were that it was likely a motherboard issue. I took it to 3 other so-called nice reputable cellphone repair shops, who said the motherboard is cooked and that I may as well just replace the phone. The last repair shop recommended I contact an official Samsung repair shop out in Allen, but after reading the horrible reviews for that place, I decided to give these guys a shot. I called ahead, and they were very friendly knowledgeable and understood over the phone what was probably the issue. They not only assured me they could likely repair the phone, but that it could be done fairly quickly. Within half an hour of taking in the phone, they were able to diagnose the faulty node on the motherboard, sauder in a working part, and fix the issue. The phone powered on like new and has been working great ever since. They are very reasonably priced, and provided friendly, fast, and quality service. It's amazing to me that all of the other shops with so-called certified technicians felt the situation was hopeless, yet these guys fixed it not time. Great work guys!”
