I'm posting this review for my sister Jean who contracted with this company to move her in December 2021.I (Jean) wish I could give them negative 5 stars. I contracted with Miracle Moving to move me six miles away to another independent living facility. I expressly discussed with their representative Fred that the last day of the move would be working with me to unpack the boxes and restore the items they had taken down and packed up, back into the cabinets and onto the walls. He agreed and accepted extra money for doing this, but they rushed thru the unpacking and did a sloppy job to the extent that I still cannot find many things. During the actual move, they did not take care of my furniture, for example, they broke a leg off of a table and deeply scratched another one. They also broke two decorative wall plates. Additionally they either lost or stole a small vacuum cleaner and a sentimental plaque holder. Fred promised to fix any problems related to their move, but once they got their money, I cannot even get Fred or office manager Diana to respond to my requests. After this experience I would not recommend this moving company to my worst enemy.

Professional, efficient and amazing work with our move. 2 locations, to a home even with the inclement weather. William and his crew were friendly, and went above and beyond. Would strongly recommend this company! Won't disappoint!Services: Moving-related storage

My late husband and I have relied on this company many times through the years. I love these guys so much that I was happy to give them some of my late husband's things that I couldn't drag around anymore.I am eager to hire them again as I have another life reset pending. They were very kind and remembered my late husband with respect and were even kind when I cried remembering him with them.

I cannot begin to thank Nelson and Edin from Miracle Movers, enough! My dad has advanced dementia and gotten to the point where my mother can no longer care for him at home. We’ve had to make the excruciating decision to place him in a memory care facility. We needed a moving company to move his bedroom furniture and belongings to the facility. Not only did Miracle Movers come in with the lowest bid, but they did a fantastic job. They were so courteous and professional and super super nice! They made a very difficult situation more than tolerable! Also, Diana, the booking agent was fantastic too. I highly recommend Miracle Movers and will definitely use them again should the need arise.Services: Senior move

You couldn't ask for a better group of people to be handling a move. They're hard working, conscientious, and do everything with a smile. Moving is stressful enough - it's really nice to know you have this team on your side.

This is the most amazing moving company. I was so worried the first time I used them that we would get over charged, or there would be hidden charges. NOPE. They are amazing. I used them in June of 2020. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently AND when there were even a few pieces of furniture that was unstable; they fixed it!!! WOW! We used them again to pack and move my mother's apartment. Again, they were so reliable, polite, quick and reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend using this moving company.

I was 15 minutes late the movers left the storage . I ask if you can please turn around and charge me a fee. I do not recommend this moving company to anyone in Fort Worth and any state.

Nelson, William and Carlos did a great job moving me! They arrived on time and worked efficiently and quickly. They did a great job wrapping my belongings so there would be no damage. The final amount was identical to the estimate I was given. I will be using this company again.

If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. They are false with their contracts and lying sons of bitches three charged me 900 and then asked for an extra 100 don't go here under any circumstance.

This company arrived on time on 6/7/19. The employees were both friendly, polite, and very hard workers. I couldn't ask for better service than these employees provided. Thanks for being professional and customer oriented.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WERE 3 HOURS LATE. BROKE HALF OF MY THINGS. The guys were very unprofessional. They took a smoke break every 20-30 minutes. Then at the end of the move they were charging me way more money than what I was quoted, said materials were included and they weren't. Told me I had to pay this balance or they weren't going to unload my stuff... PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We had to move from Irving to Frisco which is ideally supposed to be 3-4 hours including loading, travel time and unloading but it took us 7-9 hours and thanks to you guys....their trucks wheel broke off in the middle of Carrollton and was not fixed until 1;30. Finally they called for another truck, loaded our stuff in the other truck damaging a lot of our furniture and mattress and delivered our stuff after 2:00 am.They also over charged us for an hour.

I have used Miracle Movers 3 times. They are the best. Careful with your stuff and wrap everything very well . Courteous and friendly movers, equipped with pallets and blankets. Trucks have tie downs all along the wall so items are secured for the trip. I never use anyone else.

We utilized Miracle Movers for a move in Coppell. They did the move, warehoused everything for six weeks, and then moved everything back in. Fred was great to work with. He even provided us with TV boxes and wardrobe boxes that we returned at the end of the move. The movers were on time and didn’t ride the clock, fast and efficient. The price was good, especially compared to some other quotes we received. I would highly recommend.
