Kiatano and Dan helped us check in and out, they were amazing! Super friendly service and made the experience great. Kiatano gave us the whole run down in the beginning and was a big help. Terminal A location.Clean and quiet rooms that fit up to 2 and just what we needed after our flight got delayed. They have drinks/snacks for extra fees and a TV to watch. They provide pillows and blankets as well. Minimum time to use is 1 hour.

Good option for a private place to nap in. The room is small but enough for a moment or overnight at the airport. There is one outlet, white noise machine, large TV, desk and mini bar with snacks for purchase.

When you have a LONG layover with several flight delays, this place helps to get away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. You can lay down and sleep, watch some TV on their ROKU or Apple TV, or if you had to, there's a desk to work. Was good to stretch my legs out and take a 2 hour nap, with it nice and quiet and comfortable.

Absolutely the respite I needed during a 3-day, 6-flight journey!I was exhausted and in desperate need of a real nights sleep and shower. I found Minute Suites in the Dallas Fort Worth airport’s D terminal which saved me from having to leave the airport and going back through TSA which is always stressful. The 8 hours sleep and hot shower got me back to feeling human and able to get through the rest of the trip home.Thank you to the amazing staff as well! Super kind and helpful.

Wonderful way to spend a layover. Rooms were clean, staff was awesome. Price was reasonable too. I will definitely use them again.

Gate change did not update my boarding pass, causing me to wait at the gate until most folks boarded limiting my access to overhead storage. No consideration to my full fair first class ticket was given.

Super overpriced, not so friendly or helpful staff and super uncomfortable. The biggest complaint is the cost. How they justify it is beyond me...

This location was nice and convenient for American airline flights. Took one star away because it was offline noisy compared to the other minute suites that I have stayed at. And some minutes weeks I've have been busy or Miami and Chicago. But overall the amenities were there that have come to expect with Minutes Suites.
