I spent over six months of my time, 7 store visits, 4 visits to their dealer, and a powerlessness feeling while looking to the eye of the store manager, to understand she was more interested in covering the back of a terrible employee who lost all my documents, who screwed up my warranty, than helping me recover my tool. The message is clear customer service is during the sales, a warranty with obstructions is not a warranty. With a digital world like we do on 2024, you don't come back to me with paper burocracy. Say no, and I'll get it quicker. Hate to let you go, but enough to never come back.

Fast service and amazing staff, only inconvenience was that one of my repairs was missing a housing clip and the M12 battery kept falling of. Had to purchase a clip online and fix it myself. Quality of repairmanship should be check before returning products back to customer.
