Extremely disappointing customer service experience! I attempted to purchase multiple units of a computer, but was told that their policy only allows one unit per customer. I find this limitation unreasonable and inflexible. The lack of clarity and explanation regarding this policy is unacceptable. I expect a more customer-centric approach from a business. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere!

It's okay, got my PC about a week ago. The PC itself works good, but it's moreso the behavior in the store.Salesman was fine until he tried to force their Windows malware protection plan on me. (DON'T GET IT!) I kindly declined, he then starting nudging more, "Oh, it's required!" and "Oh! If you don't, your PC will get malware!" I politely, again, declined before trying to ask when I would be able to checkout. Nope, he just kept getting more and more aggresive with me, demanding that I get it. Ultimately, he just grabbed it and stormed off. I complied, very much annoyed and angry, but just wanting it to end. We took it all to the checkout, once he left, I took it out of my cart. After asking around on Reddit, turns out they make commission off selling those plans. (Which are not cheap, mind you.) Along with that, they push their, quite terrible and scam-like "warranty". In reality, they will do anything to not replace anything destroyed or damaged, as if you didn't pay $200+ for that guaranteed warranty.The protection plan for malware is not required!! I promise you.

This place always has everything I need and more. I went in today for a part for a Raspberry Pi. Richard O helped me find exactly what I needed and gave me great insights and information about these machines. He’s a true expert and I will look for his input on my next similar purchase.

They do everything they can to not honor warranties these days. They don't have the best prices and the warranties are definitely not cheap, so I would really expect better.They sell it to you as a "no questions asked" warranty, but that is an outright lie. Not only do they ask questions, they will "stress test" components on a bare minimum spec system. Generic MSI motherboard and a 1080p monitor, then surprise surprise they can't replicate your issue.To make myself clear, I have had issues with multiple warrantied parts. I have never been able to get even one of those issues resolved.Someone I know pointed this out to them; that he's running it at 4k 60fps+ and that may be why they can't replicate his issues on their little bench. They said that "wouldn't impact anything". What a joke.They say if you pull your whole computer up there and show them in person what it's doing they'll consider it. Yeah cause I already spent $250 on a warranty, paid a higher price for the item in the first place, and spent 4 hours driving on a weekend, then waited in line almost 2h just so I can do that again to drag my whole rig up here in hopes it craps out the same way it does at home... Again, what a joke.$250 is more than the warranty cost on any of my furniture or appliances. And it's kind of a scam anyway since we're all expecting nothing to go wrong in most cases. But if it actually does, for that price, I would expect a 0 hassle replacement of the part that's giving me issues. Even if I really was lying, refurbish & sell it. For a $250 charge you'd still be turning profit even if every single customer was lying about their warranty.Yeah, we're all driving through rush hour traffic in the metroplex to try and pull some grand scam against microcenter to get ONE gpu replaced. Treating your customers like they have to prove themselves to receive support is a great business formula, keep it up. Keep those warranties while you're at it cause I'll never buy that or anything else here.

I walked out with better deal then I started out to get because of the salesman. My daughter computer crashed. So we went to buy the individual components to upgrade and get it fix. The salesman that helped us told us of a combo package and we got all the parts at almost half the price. We got motherboard, i9 processor, and 32 giges DDR 5

Started out on the 30th of May where I had placed a normal pick-up order for the 77-inch LG OLED C3 Tv. Seeing that the price was quite fair and was right there in my budget I went to go place the order, in which I was successful in. I had received the confirmation as well as another email that stated the order was ready for pick up!! 10-30 min later I received another email from “Osiel” that unfortunately the order was substituted to a “Refurbished” TV…. He also stated that “We would Honor the price of the original item you ordered.” Having read this, and with anyone who speaks clear English, this would imply that you are giving someone an upgrade and not something that was Used and repurposed. The Refurbished TV was returned for a reason and for that I would not risk paying over a thousand dollars for. It just doesn’t make sense that they would say that when they are giving me a used Tv that is a lot cheaper than the new one….It also doesn’t make sense that they didn’t offer me the display one that they have which is $50 less than what the new one was going for. That TV runs 24 hours a day for possibly more than a year, so obviously I would still not get it, still just seems shady what they pulled. If I were to give my hypothesis, I am assuming they sold the TV I had placed an order for and were trying to make up for it.I never received a response from the email SS I have attached.However, when I called in they said that someone from the store would call me back, in which they did… I wont put out the name but this person was the manager who said that if I can come in they would work with me to get me a right TV…. Literally all they needed to say is these are the options over the phone, and boom, could possibly have a sale. He wouldn’t tell me what he could “offer over the phone.” Well turns out that wasting an hour there they were able to offer $250 less for the LG OLED B4, which is like thousand more than the C3, has worse specs, and is just an insult to my face. Literally all he had to do was tell me over the phone that was the best they could do.I honestly wish they were just perfectly straight to me from the start, rather than waste my time. I built two PCs from this store and have bought other accessories. But this was just a run around and a waste. I hope that this review and them seeing this can change how they take in orders and better handle the situation. At the end of the day I didn’t get what I was hoping for, and yes that makes me upset, BUT giving false hope to customers is just rubbing salt to their wounds.DO BETTER MICRO CENTER!!

Love this place so anything I say in this review is all my problem NOT there went there yesterday from Fort Worth took us almost 3 hours to get there because of how bad the roads were due to traffic lights being out highway was backed up for as far as we could see so the so we didn't take them anyway we got there only to find out they're closed due to no power because of the storm that happened yesterday what I didn't understand is why doesn't a big tech store like that not have force fields to protect it from stuff like this?

I was genuinely pleased with my experience at this Micro Center. The staff at the repair area was super knowledgeable, the front end seemed to have great moral/ attitudes, and the gentlemen in the build it yourself were extremely helpful and saved me money when the item I ordered wasn't actually in stock. Everyone here gets a 10/10, solid A+. The prices alone here are unbeatable as well! I chose to come here instead of shopping online. My only regret is not getting any staff members names because I fully believe in shouting each helpful individual out!
