If you have a Tesla, DO NOT GO THERE. I called this place and asked about their monthly prices and what the wash includes. I was told $39.99 for full-service wash inside and outside. Then I drove 20 minutes to get there only to find out, they can't honor those prices for a Tesla and it will be $59 for just a single wash. If they had told me that over the phone, I wouldn't have wasted my time driving all the way there.

I paid for the $14 car wash. Although the car wash (mostly) did its job, the “free vacuums” didn’t work whatsoever. The vacuums that do turn on have the lightest suction and don’t pick up anything off your floorboards. I don’t usually write poor reviews but I was genuinely disappointed.

Really nice workers but terrible car wash. The lower driver side of my car wasn't touched or cleaned by their equipment. I guess you don't get much of a wash for $14. The attendant didn't caution me to put car in neutral before entering either. I won't go back.

The handlers. They should be more friendly and terrible service. I went to see if they had Travago and they made me do about 3 laps and at the end. They said it can't be done. Pure turns

Pre- and post-wash service is spotty.
Some days, there are enough people to tape my rear window wiper, fold my mirrors in, and pre-scrub the front and back of my car; and other days there's just one person who barely has enough time to haphazardly slap a piece of tape on the wiper before my car is pulled into the wash without folding my mirrors or pre-scrubbing.
Ditto on the post-wash wipe down. Some days, the two people are working efficiently, and other days, I have to use shop towels I keep in my car to wipe down my windows and mirrors.

Bought the most expensive wash and there is still grime all over my car. Their equipment opened my fuel door in the wash but fortunately it was not damaged
