First time at this location and I have to agree regarding SOME of the staff. I pay for monthly plan and this gentleman tries to tell my after I go through the car wash the wheels were done in wash. I literally had to argue with them to have them detail the wheels.

This is one of the best car washes ever. I went to the one on Preston rd in Plano and now found out that the crew from there went here. I have been using these people for about 20 years

Yea these are kinda shady people. I went there one time with my Tesla and was told they only hand wash Teslas for $40 which included cleaning inside and out (like vacuuming and wiping down stuff). Then when I went a week later the guy said it was $50 only exterior wash. When I told him the first guy told me $40 and interior cleaning, the guy didn’t argue and just said they were closing in 15 mins so they can’t do it then. Seems shady how they’re quoting random amounts to people and random level of service. Also the guy who quoted me $50 was kinda rude. I just decided not to wash my car here.

I use to go to the one on Preston & Spring Creek for like 15 years and they were excellent. Now they sold it so I tried their location in Dallas and it was HORRIBLE! I immediately cancelled my monthly membership and will never go back. I now go to a Car Wash near me.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Do NOT do a monthly subscription!!! The old location in Plano was GREAT (it was previously another car wash that MI-T Fine bought out) the staff was so thorough on the vacuum and wash but this place IS NOT it. I canceled my membership after trying to give them the business but I always have to redo the vacuum and my own wheels (even though my membership includes it). Just DO NOT GO HERE!!

The wash tunnel was damage my wheel. Their manager refuse to apologize or to do anything. He told me that was my driven not him. What's kind of service and answer I have ever heard? They should have well protection at entry point. Don’t go this place if you want to protect your car.

Paid 80$ for a outside and inside detail, waiting about an hour and came back , the inside of the car still had scuffs and dirt in it , when I paid for my leather to be whipped down. The outside still had dirt on the head lights and doors . I told them and they finished cleaning it after I pointed out all of the spots they missed . They get 3 stars bc they came back and fixed the problem, but would have gotten 5 if I didn’t have to say anything and they did it right the first time
