Just got scammed by them today i got a Samsung tablet today and was only was supposed to pay 20 for it and i pay 30 for it in which he over charged me 10 dollars more they are scamming people and something needs to be done about this never again will i go there

They SCAM. I got SCAMMED. I did a lease to own program called smart pay to receive my iPhone 15plus. I did it before for my iPhone 12 (which I did on the main store on Jefferson). When I got my previous iPhone through that program they gave me a few papers with like the contract which had the item I purchased (which was the iPhone 12). I wanted to do the same thing for this iPhone 15plus. So I did at this store. They only gave me a receipt for the initial payment. No itemized anything, no paper work. The guy said I get a speaker, screen protector, case, 2 charging cord, and 2 boxes for the cords. I never asked for them or wanted them. I didn’t know he charged me for them (because I didn’t get an itemized receipt or anything.) he charged me everything through the lease to own program and he even charged me for 1 other speakers I never received and a set of earphones I never received. EACH SPEAKER IS $65 EACH. I GOT OVER CHARGED $250!!!! And lease to own charges MORE unless you pay everything before 90 days. I talked to the manger he said he was going to make it right because I disputed it through smart pay. It FAILED he LIED!!!! DON’T TRUST ANYONE AT THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!! I SEE OTHER REVIEW HERE ABOUT THE SAME THING HAPPENING. IT’S TRUE! IMA REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND CORPORATE.

This place is a scam they take advantage of ppl here , alot of shady stuff with the workers said we didn't qualify for free phone so payed for it then they said free accessories but that was a lie then today we go to another metro and they looked up our account and they told us we did qualify for free phone they are scammers watch out

Don’t go to this place I went to make a payment and I always pay $48 and this dude told me they charge $5 to make a payment so I payed with $60 and with no change back, they just want to keep your money. Was my first and last time coming to this place……

I hate when people don't speak English or Spanish and they start talking in their language while looking at you. I find that very disrespectful. Then one them looks at you and rolls his eyes at you. All because they want to buy something you don't like.
