The phone is stuck in SOS mode, and there are no wireless network works or anything. Now, we are wasting time trying to troubleshoot the device. Waisted time, patience, and a lot of run around. Metro blames apple, apple says it's metro, and then we are routed back to amazon where we bought the device. It is supposed to be unlocked and available, but the network says the phone is not allowed. It's annoying and frustrating. Everyone passes the buck, and no one wants to help. So, over all this, really.

Hate to leave a negative review but I've been trying to call this business multiple times and either the guy answers and hangs up or doesn't answer at all. You're having issues w your phone system and you're a cell phone company? Doesn't speak well for the company at all. Get it together Metro PCS.
