Sam was especially helpful when my phone was stolen. I will recommend metro by T-Mobile to my friends and family. They go the extra mile and they don’t kick u when u are down. They are there to prop you up. Thank u t Mobil for another great experience

Great store and they actually know what they're doing. I was greeted with kindness and solutions immediately upon conveying the problem to them. They weren't like the previous three stores one on coit and spring valley and the other one on spring valley and coit that turned me away demanded money and was very rude and onion pathetic. Sammy at this location stands out above the rest and I will recommend everybody to come here.

Straight laziness is the Moto at this store, horrible customer service and not the most knowledgeable either. The "mobile expert" thought my Nokia 7.1 wasn't capable of 4G LTE just because it said e at the top corner and he couldn't find the 4G option
