I came in for the “ one line $25 bring your own phone” and the guy is telling me that you can’t use that deal you and to pick a metro plan ( $35 or higher) that’s higher than the price advertised. He’s been trying to convince me to get a new phone but my daughter doesn’t want a new phone she wants her phone. he’s just not understanding I only want to activate her phone that’s it that’s all. And now he’s taking pictures of my account information sending it to god know who! This is unacceptable! Somebody from metro needs to reach out to me ASAP because for all I know he’s trying to steal my identity
