I agree with Angel Ramirez and Apryll Henderson.Man, my phone bill went from $50 to $70 all because I came here for a phone upgrade a month ago, and there was only 1 guy he was building one of the phone display cases. The place looks like it was under renovation it took 2+ hours for the upgrading process because he kept on calling his superior to either ask for help or have them do the process on their end. An hour into the process, a few customers walked in, and he assisted them, then continued to try and assist me. After a few more phone calls to his superior, he then said to me, "Since you are getting this phone, you get this tablet and speaker for free." I was like, cool, free stuff. 10 mins go by, he goes, "Can you pay $45?" "For what?" I said."To activate the tablet." He replied. I looked at him. "Sure..." he then continued, "So you're going to have to pay an extra $15 on your bill the next time you pay it." I asked him. "It's only one time I have to pay this, then it goes back from $65 to $50?" "Yes, mhmm," he replied. I found out today that my phone bill is $69.50, not from a text message because it kept on telling me my due balance is $0.00 but from my wife after trying to do an online payment for an hour

This location is in Oak Cliff(Redbird area),.The store is clean and the staff is very courteous. They offer great knowledge for all your phone services,they upsell great products and are willing to assist you in any way possible.
