Store employee MARIA threatened me with using pepper spray after refusing to activate a new phone and account I had to bring when METROPCS instructed me to. She did not even looked up the system nor called the company to set anything up, acting childishly stating I was a T-MOBILE customer which I am not. She also excused her ill behavior stating I was "rude" when in fact I was very upset at how poorly she was treating me. She also threatened to call someone on me if I did not leave the store. Never had been treated like this on any store beforehand and the fact she was willing to mace me shows how they care about customers. I am also leaving MetroPCS after this incident and will not consider them ever again.

It was okay I had to return because my new phone ? wasn't ringing and it took longer than I expected she put my old SIM card in my new phone hadn't experienced that before, well you learn something new every day charging more getting less, wow

I visited tmobile to upgrade my phone. I worked with Ricardo who explained the upgrade policy and checked to make sure I recieved the rebates for my trade-in. (I did!) I appreciate Ricardo took the time to make sure I had all my rebates and I was happy with my new phone. Even as the people started coming in, he still took his time to make sure my information from my old phone was transferred to my new phone. He was very personable and professional.
