It wasn't good you can't do stuff on the phone they say you have to go into the store when I go to the store not one store out of three that I went to was open that's very aggravated one way or the other you need to help me I've been a customer for MetroPCS many years and this is the thanks I get might have to look into boost

Came to this location 5/11 at 345pm and the doors was locked with the open sign and lights on... it’s says you guys close at 8... I don’t understand ... now I have to go to another location that going out of my way .. while this was a MAJOR convenience for me ... but as I was turning the corner I see your employee staying outside talking on the side of the building at the chicken place ..

I've been coming to this location 3 or 4 years. I pass the one near my house in Lancaster to come to this location only. These ladies always take good care of me. I went in recently & the usually ladies weren't there but to other awesome ladies were. I was kinda scared it would not be the same experience but they BOTH were just a awesome! Diana Thank you sooo much!
