100% scam check your box of the phone and make sure it's new they sold me a refurbished phone and it broke in 2 days and they didn't tell me it was refurbished till I came back to the store they are still taking my money out of my account after I told em I don't have that phone and I shouldnt be paying a refurbished phone like a new one they charge me like I was buying a new galaxy s20 please go to other metro stores or go to another Carrier they are scammers

Awesome store with awesome service. If you need a device with gaming capabilities I recommend the nord N30 as it's the only device they have with an 8GB RAM, and has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 which is capable of running most emulators. All in all fantastic service at this location. Seriously 5 stars.

They sold my friend a refurbished phone they didn't tell him till he wnt and confront them about it he doesn't have the phone anymore because it broke so easily go somewhere else to get a phone they are scammers here I would give them 0 stars
