People, even though you buy a phone, it will be network locked if you ever decide to go with someone else, they won't unlock it! They didn't unlock mine. You told me if you buy a phone from Walmart, they are the same way! Most people don't know this! People need to know!

I would recommend 0 starts but unfortunately to put a review you have to place a star,
The manager was very unprofessional, instead of having a good greeting I'm the one who had to do that, I'm the one who had to ask her for promotions! That's not good for the store reputation,
Please greet, speak to customers, instead of just taping you're nail on the table and having a very disliking attitude just because you are rushing to leave, and I know because I saw you do that.

If I can give it negative starts I would. I walked in and I wasn’t greeted, I had to speak up since nobody spoke to me, then i asked about a special and wasn’t told what it was, I also was getting over charged and walked out. Smh

they're good but if you have a problem with a phone they will not return it they will give you another one but if you walk out the store with it they will not return it to upgrade either or they would not for me
