When I arrived at 5:40, yes they close at 6, I took off work early just to get there. When I arrived the associate was outside and acted as if I should not go in. I told her I needed to turn an older phone on due to dropping mine and it was all messed up. She told me it would cost $20 I said let's do it. Told me to go online for free and chuckled. I do not liked being laughed at especially to my face. Took my phone and left, I'll never go to that store again.

Valentine's DayBought a new phone lady's name was Dora treated me awesome got a free glass protector with my upgrade.New Management new employees . Nothing like the other people that worked there.

I don't like to go any more this store bucause the india lady is not fare .The phone price is only $205 you can see in the pick ,i need only the phone.But she give me 2 more item ,she say no need to pay more money than total is $321 she say like that ,so i believe her that time i say yes.But she charg more money for 2 item I pay after that i see it receive i can't believe she can do like that.Than Afew minute I go and rerun back some i time ,but she say can't return back.She is not fare i hate the liar people. ?But I'm for give her,than I'm go back home.but I'm no need to go any more this store. A lost of store in Dallas.

Sam at stores recommended $50 subscription for my new connection with unlimited plan and hotspot. To my surprise the hotspot is not working at all and the plan is updated to USD 25 even after paying USD 85 for new port in connection. Metro customer care is not able to help me as the plan shown in their system is USD 25 without any hotspot feature. This is really not acceptable.

My dad went to connect a phone that was fully paid off(just changing phones) so we knew we wouldn't have issues connecting it as we've done it in the past.The guy working there was being shady saying that if the phone wasn't unlocked we would lose our money . At first tried to charge my dad $50 for a simple activation and said we'd have to pay 15 for a new sim card if the one we had was broken. Which it wasn't since it was being used the day before. So we decided to try another store and they charged us $23 for the activation. So stay away from this place.

I value customer service and well...in this location, it is lacking a lot of it. Listen I know it sucks working on a Sunday but....I hate needing to come in to the store to get something fixed...so please don't make the experience unpleasant for everybody.

Super nice and extremely helpful, I usually avoid metro stores and do everything online but I'd definitely recommend this location!
