The girl that works here added insurance on my plan which I didn’t sign up for. I didn’t realize this until I signed into my account. That is fraud and thankfully customer service gave me a refund. Be careful when you go to this location.

How unprofessional I spoke 5 minutes before arriving, the 6th hour arrived when they were going to close, the lady didn't want to serve me, she said they were closing at 6, I don't remember her name and I don't even want to remember her face, bad service, the worst one, she told me that The system shut up after 6 hahaha, you're stupid and it only took 1 minute to charge me and you have the strength to do that. Companies pay you to avoid hiring these arrogant people, they make them lose clients.

Went in for a upgrade on my device. I was greeted upon arrival asked what i needed help with i explained my situation to the Rep and Was showed my options i asked them to show me the features on the devices and without a hesitation the rep helped me find a device that best fit my needs , what i liked and loved about this store is that they don't sell u a phone just to sell they ask what you manly do on your phone to get you into the phone that best fits your needs. and most importantly a phone that u understand since there is phones that have new integrated systems
