My elderly aunt has been with them for years, struggling with a phone that doesn't work. I told her she was due for a new phone. She went in and they charged her an additional $100 to "upgrade". When she got the phone home, I tried to download an app that she needed on the "new" phone. The PlayStore app feature on the phone didn't work. We tried multiple times. I have tried calling both phone numbers listed to speak to the manager. Neither phone number works!!!! 469.241.2649 doesn't work. 214.647.3548 doesn't work. What kind of business is this?! Taking advantage of the elderly.

Had a great experience today. Had the most lovely tall, tanned, chichona help me buy a new $1000 LG Stylo 6. She was so beautiful I didn't even pay attention to what she was selling me. I can't wait to come back and see her again

well their true colors finally came out the phones you buy don't really last long they tell you when you can buy another one that is crazy i asked why i was told they are selling the phones cheaper than what they are priced that's a laugh, they can't sell them no higher unless they plan on giving a refund cause that is what it adds up to be, and they don't even give you a full charger with the phone just the cord no, no, no power plug where do they do that and they wanted me to pay 35.00 more dollars for that, buyers be ware, is choosing your due date really worth this i think not looking for me a better company with better products, and watch their definition of free, like in that tablet they were charging me i had it cancled another lie they told me, free, uhm freedom aint free, i was given a lot of false information, until my bill came out, this isn't all it was cracked up to be check for hidden charges people, question your bill

Just left metro a few mins agoI ask for a screen savor for a LG Stylo6 the young man said it cost anywere frm70.00 to2hundred .I told him i didnt even pay that much for phone.Then he said we Dont sale them anymore i said there is one on your display now.then i said do you even work here?LolI may be old but I'm not stupid!!
