Love this store and its customer service!! I went in for a couple questions came out with a new line for my daughter thank you to Eli took the time and effort to talk to me about all the phones and plans at first in want sure if I wanted to purchase a phone but he was so kind and helpful that it really sold me on this store and it’s service again if anyone needs anything I highly recommend this store and when you go ask for Eli he will take care of you

After going to several other locations I stopped in here because my phone was having some issues and I was assisted by Jay. Jay took a good look at my phone unfortunately it did need to be replaced and Jay helped me to go ahead and pick out a good replacement and assisted me with getting a screen cover and a phone case. Jay made the experience as painless as possible and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. I'm very grateful for all of Jay's assistance.

6/18Since when does METROPCS not accept cash? That's ridiculous. I've always paid cash and ice been a customer for a long time. SMHThe male that was working that day needs a costumer service course.

I went in today to purchase a phone and Maria was so very helpful especially with setting up my phone and contacts. Its a very different atmosphere than before. She's Great!!!

I waited 30 min to be seen only to be told they don't have ANY Samsung S21 Galaxy Screen Protectors. How do you not have one of the most newer and popular phones screen protectors? I feel like they were just trying to get the line down. All I needed was a screen protector.

I’ve been going there over the years always have below average customer services. However since the new management took control I saw a significant difference of service. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and compassionate staff they don’t push you to buy anything. I recommend this place to everyone.
