They are scammers, don't go to this garbage, imagine a person who doesn't speak your language trying to speak your language with you, when you repeatedly tell them that you speak English and they continue speaking to you in their horrible Spanish and you tell them and say in English You speak English, just to scam you, if you only speak Spanish, don't come, they will scam you. If I could give them less than 10 stars I would, they make you lose money (they scam you).

Highly disappointed with my second visit at this store location. Some of the male sales associates are extremely rude to non bilingual customers. I find it very obnoxious and suspicious when a representative is relaying information to their boss who speaks English! I haven't had to go inside a Metropcs store in a while, and I'm starting to question why most of the stores lack diversity when it comes to staff. For the non bilingual customers there's always a language barrier, which makes some of the associates upset when you misunderstand the information their conveying.

They lied straight to my face about fees on a "free" tablet. I specifically asked if there would be a monthly charge to use it and they told me no. When I check my bill it's $20/month.
