I’d give one star if I could cause this place doesn’t want to help or do anything. It was dead when I walked in 2 idiots behind the counter playing games on their phone and don’t bother to help I just walked out won’t recommend!

Got a new phone and he said that my bill was paid for this month and that was a lye so I paid extra and I could of waited until my bill was do and then got the phone so all they do is lye to their customer can't trust anybody

TRASH customer service. Not knowledgeable whatsoever, rude, and accused me of stealing my own phone as if you can't pull up my account and see the device is registered to me. Pathetic waste of time.

My experience has been Good here. They always Help out with any questions I have.
Experience from customer service Is a 5 Star! Really good help.
The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because they Don’t sell IPhones. I had to drive to A different metro in a different city just to get the iPhone I wanted.

If you talk more than an hour on that phone it's yours they will not take it back! I even offered to upgrade to a $600 phone they still wouldn't do it.
