Worst metro ever! They changed my account pin info without my permission! Why change my account to high sercuity?? I went in for a payment and they said my phone doesn't work anymore. My phone is perfectly fine. All they do is tell you lies. All this store wants to do is sell you things. Do not go here!!

Do not go here! Worst metro ever! All I wanted was to pay my phone bill and the Indian guy wants to say my phone will no longer work but my phone works perfectly fine. I just wanted to pay my phone.

They need to get it together here. Service today was absurd, like a TV sitcom really.It took 45 minutes to accomplish what should have taken 10. One emoyee and one trainee on a Saturday is not good business practice.
