I took my daughter there to buy a phone & the guy that works there overcharged her & he sold her a lemon. I took her back so he can fix it or exchange but he got so rude with her & told her all sales are final. Now my daughter has a phone that don't work.!!!!

I went there today oct 18 2023 Seems like all the girls that they hire here go to the same bar get drunk together, and they come out think they got a good education... Today January 2024 I haven't been there. Only to my favorite stores and it's been Great iI hope that they stay open and better customer service I see someone try to contact me there's no further reason for me to contact them besides what I experienced with this contact them by email seems that they're trying to work with thank God I hope this management keeps Metro open ,but this location is not for you need to hire some white girls not and see how that work I'm not racist I think it would work out better show Mexican sisters how to be to treat customers is always stop change the prices of when it says 140 y'all go up to 210.00 pictures of customers that are entering there's one price which shows if you buy it today or there's a second always is a please check your prices Metro management, or call the BBB

What the HELL? Did they fire their entire staff? I walked in to 5 employees, all seemingly middle eastern (?) Staring at me. Exactly who will deal with the Spanish speaking customers ( which is at least 50% of their customers)?Anyway not helpful or friendly so I went to another lication.

Awful and lazy management, this place mistreats their employees, they have no respect for their staff and they sit around all day, just on their phones ignoring customers, only 1 employee assisted me and helped me with an issue I had with my phone. I believe her name was Jocelyn Reyes, she was very sweet, welcoming and helped me solve the issue I was having with my phone. That young lady was the only one to seem to care about her job, I hope she continues to work there since she's the only one that seems to do her job properly.
