Used to be nice, and the employees were friendly, but went recently and found that the employees I was already familiar with had been replaced by a group that seriously gave off the most "scammer" vibes I had ever seen. I went simply to pay off my bill yet the employees were being extra pushy on convincing me to get a new phone, I was in a rush due to circumstances but the employees absolutely refused to give me the receipt so I could leave until I got annoyed enough to make him back off. Will definitely not be coming back to this location...

Went there to pay off the phone bill, and then decided to get a new phone. The guys there were pretty pushy on what phone I should get, and kept trying to push me to get more expensive stuff. I asked them to transfer all the data from my old phone to the new one, and it didn't feel like they knew what they were doing. I'm still transferring data from the old phone to the new one.

Went in looking to buy 2 phones the 2 guys that were there, if I remember right his name was JR and another name Erick seem to be new at that location, I know that there was a promotion going on at the time of my visit where if you buy a phone there was no activation fee I ask JR about the promotion for a Nokia phone and said that there was no promotion at the time and later said that the promotion ended about 2 weeks prior to my visit and Erick agree with him, I was asked for my driver license to first to see if I qualify to purchase phone and as many times as I bought phones from that location, I've have never had to show ID or qualify for a phone. At that point I ask for a employee that use to work there that would always wait on me very knowledgeable on all the phone products, promotions and accessories and the best prices ever. When I ask JR about the previous employees his reply was that all the old employees were no longer working there because they didn't know how to treat the customers, I found that very hard to believe because I have always came out of that location as a very satisfied customer. There was no need to bad mouth a very good customer representatives that was always at her best. I was not convinced nor happy with his very unprofessional sales pitch and negative comment about the previous ex employee, especially when he needs to work on good customer service skills himself, so I turned around and walk out of the store empty handed. I would never recommend this place nor will I be going back. Hope that this review will serve him good as well as good training purposes.

Everyone seems to be very professional wearing face mask and physical distancing eager to help when I went in to look for a phone The location very clean and well- lighted I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a new phone they got plenty of them thank you Metro T-Mobile have a great day and be safe

They don't keep original customers happy. Staff is unorganized. I miss my other appointment waiting to pay my phone bill because I was standing in line I was 10 minutes

the staff are on there phone every second and they will sell you a refurbished phone in a minute. not coming here again
