I imagine the staff earn very well per hour because the attention is terrible, 5 employees and only one attending, of the 3 visits I have made I have left since they do not attend to me or those who were in front of me

Worked for this dealer horrible. They do in fact scam the customer. It's what they do best. A phone that should be 150 they over charge to 300-400 the gist they live on is well the customer agreed to so no foul done completely unethical. Also they take advantage of Hispanics by adding extra tablets and home Internets without permission. The managers and regional manager encouraged bad ethics while I worked at this dealer. Metro is the most dishonest place I've ever worked. The franchise is XTi for anyone interested in filing to BBB or Texas Comptroller. I quit this place because I couldn't bear violating customers as they did.
