I visited this Metro location on 03/19 at 4:35 PM, and the customer service was terrible. The male employee who assisted me made it clear he had no interest in helping. He used a poor analogy to explain why he couldn’t do something and then quoted me $27 for activation. When I decided to go to another Metro store instead, he made a point to tell me it would cost $42 elsewhere. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unhelpful. I won’t be returning to this location.

Went here after reading Google reviews about Guy named Ray. He doesn't work here anymore. The Hispanic girl here was kind of ok but the other guy tried to scam me by asking me to change number to get a new phone but overall experience was quite disappointing.. definitely A red flag here.. be careful guys when I visit here

I recently experienced fraud at this store. I found out about this by chance, when few days ago I contacted to Metro call center. The person who was serving me- Ray. They overcharged me for a tablet and its monthly payment, but I never purchased the device. I was paying $25 monthly during 7 months, for someone’s tablet!! Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, it’s clear that this store is engaging in fraudulent practices by charging me for a product I never purchased . I want to bring attention to this situation so others can avoid falling victim to similar issues

Ray is the best Metro associate that I came across in a long time. He helped me set up my phone and also helped me change the password for my home internet. Whoever is owns this place, thanks for bringing Ray here for us. He deserves a good pay raise for sure ???
