  The sales clerk wasn't knowledgeable about anything concerning a metropcs cell phone I mean from the changing of the settings down to the dataI retrival. so I went to the Metropcs on Buckner & John West, and it took 2 minutes for them to retrieve my data and set up my phone.. Thanx..

  The manager charged me over 100$ extra trying to scam me by charging me 4 times for a “screen protector” I didn’t even buy, and didn’t even provide a damn receipt , soon as we called and asked for district he got scared and told us to come get out extra money. BE CAREFUL W THIS SCAMMERS
