I lost my phone and was informed in this store that they did suspende my phone and I would pay $60 deductible thru the insurance. When I went into this store the next day a guy told me it wasn't suspended but cancelled and I would have to buy a phone. I asked why is my tablet still working on the account he said they made a mistake went to a diff store found out he lied and I was told correctly the 1st time

I don't know why this is still going on. How many bad reviews do you need before someone is punished for this poor service they have at this store. Should I contact the BBB or something because they can't just keep letting these people run the store like they are. Like someone already said in a previous review if there was a negative option it would be a -3 stars for me

They cut off my service for no reason and now my YouTube is not working...and I paid my bill already! They don't want to help me over the phone! The store on Plano rd and walnut hill would've helped me. I don't know what to do now

I noticed today that metro been rubbing us out 5 dollars cause me n my husband pay 100 bucks n each of our phones is $45 plan with 15GB n I got the 2 dollar added to my phone so it can reject unknown numbers n the 3 dollar tax for metro so that should be 95 bucks n my husband gots to call Mexico on his phone n it’s 45 bucks we use to pay 95 bucks with the same plan of everything they just went at first 97 bucks n now 100 bucks

Very slow reception! My internet takes long to load! I'm trying to listen to music, but the video won't load! And when it does load it keeps buffering! I mean come on, I paid for the whole thing, I should get no less!

The people who work there will not help you, they have no interest in solving any issues you have. Also they do not follow the rules of Metro as they are just a franchise location, they will scam you by charging fees that corporate Metro locations will not charge you. Do not give this location your money. I suggest going to the store located on Centerville and Broadway, they are very friendly, and committed to good customer service. Also they won't scam you by making you pay fees that Metro doesn't charge. I will never return to this store again.
