Great Customer Service KC is the man he helped me out a lot literally he went above and beyond to try to help me on my iPhone issue being on SOS mode and other issues. My husband n I went in late to purchase a phone. Amber over charged him $140.00 over the amount. Her niece cursed at another employee telling him to mind his effing business. We have always done business with this location because we have always had good service. We live on the side of town-North Garland and we drove there because of Low Down. He is always welcoming and willing to help
