I had a horrible experience. I went in asking for the cheapest plan. The guy told me $45 was the cheapest and my grand total would be $98 and I will be told the same thing at any location . After I told him I did see a cheaper plan he came back wit $67 total. I did tell him I didn’t appreciate him lying so he told me he will not help. I went to another location told him the exact same thing as far as the cheapest plan and he told me $67. This guy lied so many times I’ll never go there again

Ali is the absolutely best! He is very professional and knowledgeable, and by far the best experience I ever had. When I came into the store, I was planning on switching to another carrier, but Ali changed my mind with his great customer service.

Amazing customer service . Came in needing assistance with new phone ! Ali was a great help ! He walked me through the whole process seamlessly! This is my new home metro store I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much for going the extra mile you made me feel like a VIP
