I sent my watch to get repaired on Jan 5. Jan 10 I received an email with a repair cost and estimated time that it would be sent back. I called them 2 weeks later and they stated that they never recieved my payment. When I paid 2 weeks ago. Stay away from these crooked , thieving , lying , incompetent , and joke of an business.

9-14-23I used to love fossil smart watches everything fossil now I am a unsatisfied customer!!!horrible communication and FG Services staff, and managers are not available to talk to you. As big as the company is, nobody’s available to talk to you.I send Fossil smartwatch (2017) for repairs over three times,It just stopped working and they told me it was manufactory default!!They wanted proof of purchase of 2017-Fossil smartwatch, which I sent to them. They would send me a gift certificate which I never received or got an answer or anything.I specify stated all I wanted was the same Fossil smartwatch ONLY, this is old Fossil smartwatch it’s not even an updated/new one.They didn’t do absolutely anything. Absolutely terrible service that I would avoid at all costs as I have just wasted my time and money. Expecting a response back !!!!They’ve refused to let us speak to a manager. We have gotten nowhere and now have to call a customer telling them what a disappointment. I will be sure to NEVER use them again and to spread word of their unprofessional customer service.Worst service ever!Multiple phone calls to them and they state they will contact me back. Not one phone call yet. When I call I am on the phone for 1 hour at least with no results.

Sent in my watch for a glass replacement since it had been scuffed and was clearly apparent on the face of the watch. I paid for the shipping and waited weeks and dealt with horrible communication just for the watch to come back in the exact same condition. They didn’t do absolutely anything. Absolutely terrible service that I would avoid at all costs as I have just wasted my time and money. Expecting a response back to this review as well…

Sent my favorite watch in for repair, when shipped back to me it was lost by UPS mail innovations. They want you to insure your watch when you send to them but they don't insure it when they ship back to you. Now I'm out of $55 for the repairs. Have to wait a month before anything can be done. They tell you, you'll get a refund but offer you a GC to buy a replacement watch from them, my watch is not even available anymore. You email CS & get an email saying thanks for contacting them & if you need further help to respond to the email. If I didn't need help I wouldn't have emailed in the 1st place! There's only one email address so when you respond to an email you get a totally different person responding back, therefore having to explain the problem all over again, they are no help at all. Should have took my watch to a local watch repair. Maybe FG Services should use another shipping service.

I had a MKT5012 shipped here via FedEx signature in May and haven't seen it since. They won't connect me to or have a manager call back and claim they can't identify the employee. I've launched a BBB complaint and have contacted my attorney. If your property means anything to you, DO NOT SEND IT HERE! NO STARS for this den of thieves!

This place is a SCAM! I have contacted this company multiple times about my watch that I sent in 3 months ago. My tracking info says it was delivered and they claim they don't have it smh. The watch has sentimental value and now I'm devasted. They apparently can't do anything about it. The fact that someone has a similar story tells me that they do this often.

Sent in two Fossil watches for battery replacement, I received two invoices for the repairs. I paid both, I received one watch back and continued to receive one unpaid invoice for repairs. I called customer service, they found Both payments and assured me they would authorized the second repair. Continued to receive an unpaid invoice. So I paid the invoice, again. They charged me for three invoices. I have used Metro in the past, but under this new Invoice system, they have lost a customer.

This is a SCAM company... I sent my fossil watch in to be repaired. FedEx tracking number said it was delivered and signed for. After 1 month of waiting, they send me back my original envelop ripped open, claiming the watch was never received, and to file a claim with FedEx. Their contact info sends you to a foreign call center where they tell you they'll look into it... Scam of a business.

I sent my watch to have a new crystal put in my watch. I received my watch back 6 weeks later as promised. I put my watch on and the befalloff. off. I sent ny watch back for them to just glue piece on properly. I received a note that they could not repair it so they kept my watch and refused to send it back to me. They stold my watch and they would send a gift card. I said,"NO" I WANT MY WARCH BACK!" ALL IT NEEDED WAS GLUE. IF YOU CANT FIX IT, SEND IT BACK AND ILL DO IT MYSELF. Someone else must have purchase Metro because they were honest before not thieves. So, I have no watch, no money, and loss of the cost for repairs money. They suck and want to warn people to stay away from this company. This watch has a porcelain band because I was allergic to others and this watch was a gift from my mother who passes away

I am a store manager for Kay Jewelers and we sent customer merchandise out to be fixed. They have had it since august and every time that we call they tell us they don’t have info on the watch. We have proof of delivery from UPS and they’re still denying to have the watch. Eventually they said they found it and we would have it in about two weeks. Here we are 5 weeks later and they’re saying they don’t have it. They’ve refused to let us speak to a manager. We have gotten nowhere and now have to call a customer telling them Fossil lost their watch. What a disappointment. I will be sure to NEVER use them again and to spread word of their unprofessional customer service.

They lost my watch, they won't help me. I sent in my Michael Kors watch (Made by Fossil) to fix the backing which had separated due to manufacturers defect (Fossil used a glue to hold on the back that can't withstand the temperatures of charging the smart watch, it apparently is a common problem with this generation of smart watch). Tracking shows it was delivered, but I never got contacted about the repair. The first time I contacted them they confirmed they had it, but it hadn't been looked at due to covid related backlog with their repair department and to give them 3-5 weeks. After a month I contacted them again, and they confirmed they had it, but just hadn't gotten to it and I shouldn't worry. After 2 more weeks I reached out them to follow up, and they didn't return any of my emails. Finally, 2 months after my watch being delivered to them, they responded to one of my email saying the USPS tracking was wrong, they don't have it and my only option was to contact USPS for resolution. I contacted USPS and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, they confirmed it was delivered to FG Services and the "to agent" simply meant it was delivered to a mail room, receptionist, someone working at FG Services.
