Our sales rep was Mr. Terry Wilson. We gave him all the information based on our plotting needs, and he went to work suggesting the machines we would need to match our output. Based on our information, we chose the HP Design Jet T1600. It has worked flawlessly and gives us exactly what we need, and now, exactly when we need it. No more sending plans out for printing. Metro Repro was responsive to our questions and plotter delivery, and they have shown us great customer service, all at a reasonable price. We will continue to utilize them as part of our team to help give our field teams great looking plans, which helps us to give our clients better quality products.
