More than 3 months ago they damaged my car due to worn parts and lack of maintenance of the machinery, I made my claim to their insurance and at first they denied everything until I showed the evidence. From that day on, due to the model of my car (Classic out of production), everything was an excuse to avoid payment until both parties reached an agreement a month ago and until today, on the one hand, the claims department tells me I don't have to sign anything again and the other customer service department keeps saying that I won't receive anything until I sign another document again. I'm looking for legal help to solve this problem in case anyone has gone through the same thing. I would appreciate it. TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE INSTALLATIONS AND TERRIBLE STAFF ZERO RECOMMENDABLE AVOID PROBLEMS AND GO ELSEWHERE

This is probably the worst car wash EVER! Should have went across the street! Might of been a little bit of a wait, but you get way more for your money. $24 and it didn't get all the bugs off my truck, the wash was super quick .No person to dry off your truck, no person to clean tires, the clothes you had to use yourself were wet and didn't absorb water. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Such a waste of Money.

Never going again ! $12.00 for half of a carwash. Complained to attendant and sent the car back through and experience was worse than the first. Absolutely terrible car Wash and customer service.

Saw the great reviews and came to try it out, there was not a spot free to dry the outside of my car or clean the inside. $20 to basically just get my car wet and drive off. I would not recommend

Terrible service. Do not subscribe, I have called customer service to cancel my membership and they told me that I have to go in person because that location is a brand new location and its not integrated in their system yet. I went on Sunday the 18th, twice because the person who answered said he would do it when closing, I waited and he supposedly did cancel my membership. Today, August 21, I checked my card and I have a charge from them from Monday the 19th, the membership was already charged on the 14th, meaning they charged me $50 in a week without using their car wash. They would not give me any number to call, they are a fraud!

I saw employees drying people's cars, my car just came out of the wash and drove into one of the Bays, and the guys just looked or try to act as if they didn't see mine. I asked if they were going to dry my car, they acted as if they didn't understood me

I liked that they let you borrow towels and interior spray for a quick do it yourself detail.
