I went to pay for my cell phone and the man told me that I needed more money and he takes what is my payment for my cell phone. Better not to go and that's it. Was the service bad?

I went to this store on sunday at 6:55 p.m., and the owner (probably) locked the door on my face despite 5 mins left in the closing time.I do not recommend this store at all. I do not give 1 star usually, but this store deserves zero.

Cassandra treated us very professional. She helped us get the best prices on phones. She got us out couple minutes before it was time for me to go to work. She activated our phones in no time and held a full conversation with us laughed etc etc. But she's very helpful

Well I went in to your store off Coit and Spring Valley, I went to go pay my phone bill or make a payment toward my account. This was around 7:40pm, the store hours said they closed at 9pm. 2 things, 1) the girl would not take my payment, she said Metro Pcs does NOT take payments by credit cards at all. I said what that's ridiculous? You mean to tell me I can't pay my bill?? She said no, metro has never taken credit card payments. I was angry as I knew this to be not true because I've paid by credit card in the past. She seemed preoccupied and didn't want to help me. She also looked dirty, her hair was very messy, shirt snd clothes were huge and faded and just looked messy. Then she told me I had to leave the store if I didn't need anything because she was going to close the store. I said yall close at 9pm? She said no we don't. So I left confused and stood outside. She closed the store, turned off all the lights at 7:56 pm!! That lady needs to be fired!! I would never go back!!

Liz was amazing and quick with her service. I went to 2 different metro stores and didn’t get the assistance I needed until I came into this store. Please give her a raise/promotion cause she definitely deserves it and is making this company look great with her customer service skills!
