i went to purchase 2 phones for my existing account so i thought thats what i paid for. they messed up my account. Came to find out thet started a new account with new numbers. just to sale me a new account. they fooled me. customer service fixed it to get my old numbers back but my old account still drafted my autopay. they are complete scammers just do this to get paid a new activation. dont deal with location. just look for a corporate store. bunch of crooks.

The store representative was on his personal device while he was transferring my personal information, he changed my email password without my consent. He then called his personal phone instead of the store phone when calling to see if my device was working. He just made me feel really uncomfortable during the whole experience.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. The manager Robert is helpful and is always courteous. Daniel (the tall guy) is the one that always helps me in store. He's friendly and really knows what he is talking about. I will continue to frequent this store. I appreciate the large variety of items they have in stock as well

This was an awesome phone buying experience! Soledad was a great help. I like the vibe of this location. They didn't give me a sales shark feeling. Every question I asked she knew the answer to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile as if she was genuinely happy to help me. It only took about 30 mins for me to get everything set up and out the door. Great shopping experience!
