Rude people .Went their on June 5 at around 5pm for some phone help that I just purchased a week ago from that store.They made up a lie that I had to have an application to add new contacts on my phone.I told them it's not true .They kickedd me out just for saying that.So I went to another metro PC's.They helped me out.., even went step by step on the process....And I was in and out in minutes ,,even though I didn't buy the phone from that store..Please avoid this store ..they were rude couldn't care less if I bought the phone from that place../!!!?

First of all, I'm really disappointed at metro by T-Mobile, I went there last Friday and purchased new service, it seems like a good deal, however, I WAS OVERCHARGE AND ADD SERVICES I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR , I purchased a device and i was charge over 150$ when phone should be for free and no activation fee, I call seral times to get a breakdown on price but never pick up phone , I went to a local store (garland) and they explained with detail, I will go to whoever I have to go and complain about rep overcharge, anyone near by webb chappel ext and larga do not go to this metro 3440 webb chapel ext , they overcharge gO ANYWEHRE ELSE BUT THIS LOCATIONS,
