I went in to make a payment on behalf of my aunt yesterday. I wish I could give zero stars! I walked in smiling and said "Hello, how's it going" and her reply was "Can I help you". She was plain rude the whole time and actually answered her cellphone while attending to me and used hand gestures half the time.I tried to ask her a question at the end and she showed me the hand and then said you're set and didnt even make eye contact and continued chatting on her phone. Imagine that! I was in a hurry so I left. I went back in today to get her name so I could leave this review and her co-worker wanted to start an argument saying the previous girl was not rude to me. A more mature co-worker held them both back from getting into an argument with me. The whole interaction was unprofessional. It's not the sort treatment you get when you visit other tmobile stores. Management should really take all these complaints seriously and train the associates. The girls are extremely unprofessional.

I came in today and spent an hr on the phone customer service trying to activate a service but customer service was no help which sucks but the manager was nice enough to help me activate my service and worked with wht i had she is so nice nd paticent with me i will totslly recommend this store to everyone

The girl with a star sticker in her head was being extremely rude to the girl in front of me basically calling her poor, and then when I went up next to make a phone payment she said I had to go back to the store I first got my line from. Incompetent at its finest, it’s the fact that she didn’t even try and her answer was “ yeah times have change, next person” .
Went to a different store ( first time there) and the guy was able to take my payment and confirmed that YOU ARE ABLE TO MAKE A PAYMENT IN ANY STORE.
I normally do not take my time to write a review especially because I know they are just teenagers who really don’t give a shit about customer service but it was just the way she was belittling the poor lady.
Hope management can do a better job at training these young girls because not able to do the simplest task of just taking a payment is worrisome.

He came to buy a phone and they gave me a very good offer, also with a tablet. I really like this metro. The girls are friendly and help a lot.

The girls and the manager who work here are very friendly and help a lot. It was yesterday when it was very busy and they served everyone quickly with good energy. I always come here and they always give me 100% very good service.

Every time I go to this place either to make payments for MY LINE or some procedure that should be free and even when I know I have to pay they charge me double what I have to pay, don't they pay them enough? Look for another job but you don't have to steal from the client
I had not done any report or review because I thought "maybe they should change personnel" now that they changed it it is worse

Horrible experience both times I visited the place, very poor service from the workers, they are not friendly, before entering they are telling you that they do not have internet to work or to make payments belonging to their telephone company. I will never return there ☹️

The new manager is very friendly and excellent, very good service, she came to buy a phone and gave me a tablet at a good price. I am going to return and tell my whole family to come to this store!!
