I have been a metro customer for 11 years, and in that time I had never had a bad experience in such a despotic service that I received today the guy who was according to working all the time who was waiting for me there doing his job on my phone instead to do the same for the client I do not understand why they have staff working so they do not give good customer service today they want to earn their money at work glued to video calls and clients who do have a salary because of us and a salary that I want a bad experience even though I know that today I put a star in reality he doesn't even deserve one that guy I had to say these words to that guy because he really deserves this and more Excuse me, can you stop calling while you do your job, they pay you to attend the client, not to be in your

The people at this metro location are very welcoming and helpful. They helped me with my mess of an issue when the one down a couple of streets wouldnt. Recommend this location to everyone if you are currently going to the one on Maple Street. Staff members were very patient and understanding and the owner would be a great boss to have. Well done guys.

Metro by T-Mobile offers the same plans with some add ons at the same great prices. Get Amazon Prime for free when you sign up for the $60 plan which has unlimited data. The $60 plan which is what I have also upgrades you from the old 10Gb to 15Gb of Hot Spot and the new Google 1 with 100Gb of free media storage. Google 1 is only available for Android phones so if your shopping for iPhone don't be fooled cause you won't get it. This is an awesome deal because Amazon Prime Membership alone costs around $120 a year. My mom and I both met there to switch our plans which didn't cost any extra which was great and the way it should be. So the new plans are great but this store is seriously lacking in customer service and needs some serious merchandising. There were 3 employees working including the owner but only one of them was actually helping all the customers coming in while the owner was outside smoking with a friend and the girl was popping in and out from the back. They only have 6 working display models 2 of which were no longer available because one of the more expensive iPhone models that we would have purchased was out of stock and one Samsung model was no longer available and waiting to be replaced by a newer model. We were there for roughly 6 hours because the only guy helping customers kept having to stop assisting us and juggle multiple customers. Then half way through his sale with us the owner decided he finally wanted to jump in once he realized we were about to spend $350 bucks. Very unprofessional and his customer interaction needs some improvement. We have to go back tomorrow because something was not properly set up when he transferred the iPhone data over to a new Android phone. He forgot to turn off the imessage which isn't compatible with Android obviously so when friends with iPhone's send a message it still goes to the old iPhone and not the new Android phone. This is something that a cell phone company should know. I only know what the problem is because I found it on YouTube. I will post an update on how my visit goes tomorrow to get this fixed. I still would recommend this place but only if you already know what your shopping for before going in so educate yourself because for a cell phone provider these guys at this particular store are lacking knowledge.

I purchased this phone after speaking to a representative and being told this was a great phone and there has been returns due to issues only to have every sort of issue. After the fourth return I've done in three months of my purchase I was given the number to their representative Ethan to assist me. I have called several times, left voicemails and emails with no response to any of them. I am truly disappointed with the lack of assistance/service I have yet to receive from them and am still stuck with having to trade this phone in which I'm having to do once again today making this my fifth trade.
