Been waiting for 6 six weeks for my product which they lost as they sent it to an incomplete shipping address. Zero communication. Have contacted customer service a half dozen times and I keep getting the run around -"we have contacted ups". Yet no product.......

I recommend Med Equip Depot without reservation to anyone seeking personal protection equipment (PPE) such as authentic N95 respirators, surgical/procedure masks and gloves etc. Unlike the many on-line companies that offer PPE at inflated prices, cancel orders, or refuse to sell to small order customers, Med Equip Depot treats the smaller, retail customer with efficiency, fair prices and service. Ralucca, a director at this company, maintains an excellent email alert system for those customers who want to be alerted to current or incoming inventory or sales. She also answers any questions. My experience with Med Equip Depot the past year has been excellent. I strongly recommend this company.

we bought items through them and lie to us about the originality of the products that costed above 10k $ and they insist it is original even after customs check the batch number and turned out to be fake or and it has resulted in damaging our reputation among our clients and loosing them .
