“I was here last year and then came back yesterday for some wagyu steak. The quality dropped and service was worse as well. The marbling of the steak is not as good, and it's tougher (I made sure to cook the steaks the same way)”
“For over 35 years I've used Kuby's. I even used to air express frozen meat to them when I was out of state. David has created a unique computer program that assures the butchers get accurate instructions and are able to track your order. You get the animal you take in . This isn't some small part time operation, it's a highly organized profession plant. I have friends that fight over getting their sausage and salami when I share. They are diligent about how roast etc. are butchered. The smokers are industrial custom made in Germany.Someone complained about the smoked links casing being tough . Don't grill just simmer in water they are very flavorful.”
“Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and goat! A variety of sausages, seafood, turkey legs and now they have fresh veggies, bread and other food items. I love picking up dinner here and not having to go into a grocery store!”

“Elrods looks a little 1960s and worn from the outside. It’s part of small chain. Would have been a bit leery about going in, but a local had high praises for price and inventory. Once you enter, as if via a portal, it is really nice. Fresh produce as displayed looks like they are serious about grocery business. Both times I’ve been there, it had lots of customers. Mostly families.Floors, shelves of food were well kept. Staff are pretty friendly, though not overly. Nice little surprise in Pleasant Grove, part of Dallas. Well worth a trip for groceries. The outside could use a make-over, but once you’ve been there, it’s no concern.”

“Our first time and had an amazing experience in shopping. It was packed due to Ramadan shopping long wait lines for check out but prices are unbeatable as compared to other grocery stores specially halal meat. Meat quality is outstanding. The grocery items are relatively cheaper as compared to other stores. Lots of fruits and vegetable choices. Staff is not bilingual hard to communicate with them.”

“Unloading only took 30 minutes, which was outstanding. The only problem is that the dock is small, so you have to back in from the street which is on a hill, so you have a hard time seeing the uphill traffic to avoid.”

If you also looking for a fresh plate that's to the right, there service come with nice such great people if you haven't shopped there well you definitely should. “Good morning. Today I went with my mother to this location. I admit this their food is delicious. Their variety is great, their food is hot and fresh. The price for this plate is affordable. I have no complaints. The chefs/cooks are very nice, well respected, kind, great on customer services, they are very details what kind of food they are selling/serving. They have tables to sit inside in this grocery store. Inside the store, where you sit and eat the store is very clean. I recommend anyone who wants to try this location.”
“Usually prefer El Rancho or Michoacán for certain groceries instead of Walmart. If you are looking for certain spices, ingredients for specific dishes these is my recommendation. Se los recomiendo si buscan tienda para comprar sus mandados.”
“This place a must go try it, the truth is a very rich place. The plate of 2 gorditas is $10 with coke and the plate of 3 is $12 and with soda. The truth is very very rich. The picadillo and nopales are very delicious with cheese and the two sauces are very delicious. Very friendly people.I recommend it, it's a great place needs a little more cleaning but it's good. The gordita plates are a must. I recommend the picadillo and the cactus ones with cheese. The plates are 2 for 10 and $12 for 3 and that's with a 12oz drink. Really good fresh made gorditas.”

“This store has a wide variety of marinated meats. The Lemmon pepper chicken is delicious. The fajitas are cheaper than any other store that I e shopped at. The tablitas are thick great store to buy meat.”
