Danny the ASM was great. He didn't try to sell me an expensive mattress. Instead, he helped me find the right mattress for me by finding the one with the right combination of firm and soft and making sure my back and neck were aligned properly. He answered all my questions and didn't pressure me to buy anything. He earned my trust, and I was able to make a purchase that I feel really good about. He really is a first class salesman.

Marissa was very helpful helping to find the right mattress for my elderly mother. She searched different locations and warehouses to find a mattress my mother liked to get us the best price. When we had to leave before she could get an answer from a warehouse she was checking with to see if they had what we needed in stock she offered to send me a payment link so we wouldn’t have to return to the store, which is so convenient!

Super amazing experience! He was about to close but kept the place open so my fiance and I could get a much needed mattress on our way to our new home. He was very thorough and extremely nice while showing excellent customer service. He even gave me a discount! Definitely happy I chose Mattress Firm as my first experience purchasing my own mattress! I can't wait to go to sleep!

Can't say enough great things about Sokree - FIVE STARS!!! He goes above and beyond in making customers happy!!! I had to reschedule delivery 3 times and he was so patient and accommodating. He also found me clearance prices on some of the items! Sokree is AMAZING!!!
