This Whole Foods is my favorite grocery store by far! James (the beer guy), Andrew (the cheese & food/drink pairing guy) and Ed (the wine guy) are so friendly and knowledgeable. We love chatting with them. You can grab a beer, shop around, try a cheese sample and make grocery shopping an enjoyable and fun experience! Their vegetables and fruit are always fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!!

Air conditioning is broken at this location in with temperatures outside around 107. Embarrassing that they would have the store open and make it miserable for the customers let alone employees. This location and other Dallas ones have gone down hill since the amazon purchase but this is an all time low!

Love this store! They have helpful knowledgeable staff that are willing to answer all of your questions. They have a bar with food that is very popular with many that live near by.

Typically they have everything you came into but but on some occasions they miss the mark. I was here on Tuesday and was planning on prepackaged Egg Salad, none on shelf, the lady who appear to in process of restocking, well she had clip board and was counting, said maybe tomorrow, which would be Wednesday, nope, Thursday there wasn't any tuna, chicken, or egg! Today is Saturday, you already know where this going, they did have some regular tuna. Why even sell any of this stuff if you cannot keep up. Don't try they must have already sold out routine.PS - I am sitting at a table right by the Self-CheckOut, it is Filthy, dried food from yesterday!!!! Gross! There are other stores, if you really care to know, and aren't just trying to scare off your remaining customer's.

Firstly Reviews are more accurate on yelp because they cannot be removed or be paid for removal like google reviews. Take what you will with that. Our Incident was on 4/8/2023 around 9:30pm. Seems like they have a new crew of fake security guards that like to racially profile brown/black people and literally be followed through out the store. (This was our case)Now mind you I'm a frequent shopper here, this location is literally down the road. My partner and I frequent the bar here for the fantastic local brews often. So its really disheartening to be treated in such a way; More like a shock really. Especially when both of us actually used to work for Whole Foods in our early careers for about 3 to 4 years. This needs to be addressed, no one deserves to be treated in such a way. Until then i advise others to go to Sprouts or maybe another WF location where you are actually treated like a human being.

Amazon Hub = 5 StarsBathroom closed = 1 starIts actually a nice clean Whole Foods with a lot of seating and a drink/food area. I dropped off my amazon package at the hub (which I have used many times) and thought today I would study here, grab some food & coffee...then saw the bathrooms were closed. Unfortunate. I always have to use the restroom after a coffee. But I will be back.

Always love stopping into this whole foods when waiting on my car to charge. The layout of the store is easy to follow and the store is always so well organized. And the staff at this location is always top-notch! The last person that asked me if I needed anything knew exactly where what I needed was and it was an item that there was only one left of. She was on her game! Great place to get what you need!

Yes, WF is best known for Organic grocery and produce. I feel confident that the produce are from local growers. I support local!!! And, seriously great whole pizzas to/go! If you follow me, you often see whole cheese and mushroom pizzas in my cart. I come for the market fresh produce and leave with whole pizzas and a visit to the salad bar! Of course, lovely floral bouquets. The calla lilies are beautiful and long lasting table decor for any holiday party. I Obtained even greater discounts with the use of my Amazon Prime account for weekly purchases.

Clean, lots of selection.Staff (standing by the customer service counter, not looking busy) was unfriendly and wouldn't ring me up at 8:45 on a weekday. She told me I could only use self-checkout, which I don't use since they're not discounting my groceries. I put my frozen items back in the freezer and went shopping elsewhere.Folks, if you like self-checkout, use it. If you don't, having someone ring you up should always be an option since that's part of what we're all paying for.

I enjoy this Wholefoods location more than any other location. That includes the one in Streeterville in Chicago. I love their huge selection of bulk! I was able to shop for our Thanksgiving dinner and I am so happy it's almost here. I also found a few items for my Christmas decorations. I was so happy to see that this location offers SELF CHECKOUT! This is the FIRST Wholefoods that I have personally been to that offers that. The store has large parking available on two levels. Easy to park, easy to shop and I do enjoy this part of town. Right across from Northpark Center! This store is connected (in the same shopping strip) as the Dallas Cowboys Authorized Fans store, Home Goods, TJ Max, Old Navy, Chipotle and much much more. The food area has a cute small grassy area with park art and it's so pleasant to stroll thru this side of town.
