I worked with Rachel and she was fantastic, she worked with my timeline that was quite short and I was able to pick up the ring just in time for the big day. I also got to pick out the exact diamond that I wanted after she showed me how to view them with the little magnifier. We got it resized at no charge and they informed my fiancé how to maintain it and clean it and everything.Thank you!

Rachel Dugan did an amazing job assisting my now husband with my engagement ring. I had no clue what I wanted, so the process she took him through helped him choose something that I LOVE! Both my husband and I came in to choose our wedding rings and she was super patient with my indecisiveness and helped us choose our forever rings. Rachael is an absolute beast!! I wish that I could give her more stars. She worked with me on an extremely tight timeline and nailed the execution for my engagement in an entirely different state. She and Mariloff were flawless with communication and I’m beyond satisfied with our final product. From the moment I called them to picking out the stone and ring to receiving it - they truly were outstanding. I will for sure be recommending them to my friends (and they love Aggies haha!).

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience throughout the stressful process of picking a ring for my now fiancée. John was amazing and I couldn't have made a decision without him. Rachael was also a huge help having answered all of my questions regarding wedding bands and jewelry cleaning. I highly recommend this jeweler to anyone who is in the market.

Excellent service!! Gino was so helpful. I came to get my ring resized and they had it done within a few hours, and even replaced a chipped diamond. My ring hasn’t looked this new since I got it 5 years ago!

Live this place. Great selection and loved chatting with our sales person Gino. We went in for one Diamond bracelet and came out with two. They made us a really good deal and I loved their design. Excellent service and can’t wait to go back for our next special occasion and hopefully our friendly salesperson Gino will be there.

I recently purchased an engagement ring with Mariloff Diamonds. I didn’t know to much about diamonds walking into Mariloff but I must say everyone in that building was so helpful and informative. I can’t say enough good things about Mariloff, specifically Montana! My fiancé and I are new to jewelry and my engagement ring is a family ring, but we wanted to make some minor changes to it. From start to finish Montana made this such an easy experience and took the time to educate us and make sure I was confident in what I wanted to do.
