Definitely the woman who attended me made me the worst haircut I could have, I showed her what I wanted and it left me horrible, the cut was below the shoulder and I left it almost to the ear and everything was badly cut. If you don't know how to do the cut, say no, I don't know how to do it, no, it's sad that now you can't cut any more to fix it :( and you don't even want to go out because there's no way to comb your hair ... literal hair

Unfortunately have visited this place for approximately 10 years. Within this time period I have noticed preference over customers and therefore others having to wait for long periods of time.They should consider using their log sitting on the counter. Very unprofessional
