I knew getting a home was a difficult process. But it was harder than I imagined. Thanks to Marcy, she made the process much smoother and made me feel comfortable with everything we were doing. She is extremely knowledgeable on not just the loan process but also other areas of the home buying process and was able to give me great tips on buying my home and preparing for the repsonabillities of home ownership.Marcy was also very specific in guiding me when I had no clue on getting the information she needed. I want to start off by saying, Thank you very much Miss Marcy for helping my wife and I on our purchase a new home. We are a big family, and she knew what we could afford and what not, right from her, not Google. You go into purchasing a home assuming you got this but in reality, she's there to tell you why or why not. We will never forget it was right before xmas time and the wife just broke down because our taxes were not in order, which only delayed the process, but she was there. She picked up our call and was there. I will never forget her words. "Trust me, if you guys could not purchase this home, I would not waste your time, nor mine. I've been in this business for 20+ years, you guys just relax; this takes time. I do this for families like you. Everything is going to be fine." Maybe it doesn't mean anything now, but then, it meant the world to my wife. I have nothing but a good experience with Marcy and I want to also thank Grisel. Thank you ladies.
