Thelma is the best, I always come to the mail express right before closing. Thelma is always nice, and patient with me. Also Thelma always go over and Beyond with herCustomer service skills, by make sure I’m a happy customer before leaving the mail room even if it’s after 5pm.Thank you Thelma!!!!
