Two times I have shipped to two different countries and it has literally arrived faster than FedEx. I was speechless both times... Because it's unheard of with basic shipping for things to arrive so fast!! He has my business. I'm done, not looking at any other shipping options except for mail express!!!”
“This is the absolute BEST UPS Store in the DFW Metroplex in my opinion. It is a bit tricky to drive into and park but well worth that little bit of extra effort. The staff always greet me with a smile and a Hello. Regardless of how busy they may be, the service provided to me always feels personal and targeted at taking care of my request efficiently and accurately. When there are situations where I must use a different UPS Store, I always compare and so far there has not been another location even close to the top notch service provided by the staff in this store!”

“I'm very satisfied with the outstanding customer service I received here. I had an appointment for fingerprinting. Mike immediately addressed my presence, stopped what he was working on, and made sure I had everything needed to proceed. The entire process took less than 3 min. Mike went above and beyond, even suggesting some local lunch spots that I asked about (I'm from out of town). Mike took the time of day to chat with me for bit while he took care of a new customer that had arrived. For this customer experience, I'm greatly appreciative. The "big-box" shipping storefronts can't hold a candle to Knox Street Postal Center. Thanks, Mike!”

“I never leave reviews being new to Dallas and not being familiar with many places. However, I am always happy to visit this store! I am highly impressed with how fast and helpful they are. They are even open on Sundays… A BIG PLUS! ? I stop here every Sunday morning to finish off my errands for the weekend and the employees are always happy to help me. I trusted them to ship a valuable collectible to my mother in New York a couple months ago and it arrived in perfect condition all in under $50. Another time I came in on a Monday afternoon. Line was to the door. Young gentleman and lady at the desk got through the line like champs and with great attitudes. Way to go! After reading the bad reviews I’m convinced people simply can’t read instructions. This is not an Amazon store, this is a UPS store. What Amazon does is not their fault people!!!”
