Between the mites, water leaks, homeless men sleeping outside, laundry room flooding… loved this place!! Just kidding stay away if you can. I paid MONEY to leave.

I have lived at Magnolia for about 5 years, and can't say enough good things about the property. Love the historic buildings. Close to downtown without all the downtown problems. The property manager, Becki, is super attentive and takes care of the residents.

I cannot believe my luck at finding this apartment. Becki, the leasing manager, is incredible and has been so helpful throughout this move. The other staff members I have met have also been amazing. The hallways have this sweet floral scent that’s not too overwhelming. The other residents are super nice. This location is unbelievable. At such an affordable price with so many perks, my apartment is small in square footage, though it has an open floor plan that allows me to be innovative with my space. Highly recommend this complex!

Why can we NOT see prices of floor plans on your website? Everything is "Call for details". I do NOT want to call. That's the point and the reason you have a website. I'm not in business to negotiate how much you can get from me. Just show me the dang price.

Great place to live. I lived at Magnolia for about three years, no break-ins, safe place, close to AAC & amazing front office. Becki and Chantel were always incredibly helpful and kind. Maria and her maintenance staff are always on top of it.Only cons: thin floors, you can hear people walking usually, AC unit will break once a summer.The pros far exceed the cons. It’s affordable for Victory Park, clean and solid people work/live there.

The property manager Chantel has made huge improvements since being here . You can tell a difference through out the property. If you are thinking of visiting do so chantel will welcome you with a warm smile and great tours.

I came and toured and loved the property, the manager Chantel is amazing. Her customer service is great, unfortunately the floor plan i wsnted was not available but if youre looking to move here i recommned 100%.

I've had the privilege of living on a property that Miss Chantel has managed. She conducted herself as nothing less than a consumate professional. She knows her stuff! Chantel makes you feel welcomed into the community. I always felt comfortable knocking on her office door to have a chat or ask a question. She's easy to talk to. I would highly recommend any property that Chantel is managing.

Lived here since 2014. Hate it when it gets hot, gnats come into our apt bc they like AC, the walls bricks are from 1903, they live in the bricks.Other than feeling like an indigenous person from Africa with bugs all around my head in my place, I love it! Location is primeI buy Alot of apple cider vinegar & soap to catch the gnats. Landmark building meand old & hollowed out bricks(Picture of gnats I captured 10 min.s after putting this out)

I had a great leasing and move in experience. From the time I picked up the phone to set up a tour, to the time I walked into my new home we received five star service from staff! Complex is well kept and maintenance is incredibly efficient.
