The selection is great and they always have amazing deals. I will say that they could hire more people to make sure they can keep with with cleaning up and organizing everything. The store itself was a complete mess. It's understandable that it's the holidays and everything will be extremely chaotic. The staff did not loom happy at all.

We went to Macy's in Austin, Tx, to buy a new pair of shoes for my wife. They didn't have her size in stock so they ordered it online for us. We received the shoes today and were shocked to find out that they sent us a pair of second-hand, worn shoes. The shoes were dirty and smelly and full of short hair. It is blatantly clear that it is a used item. I immediately called Macy's and were advised to return them to a Macy's store. We are two hours away from the nearest Macy's so this is a huge inconvenience for us. We expected a brand new pair of shoes, yet we received a disgusting, dirty, second-hand pair. Not a very pleasant experience.

Macy's is the arm pit of North Park Mall. Poor service, messy store with trash everywhere, and more employees giving away cologne samples than working the register. After waiting several minutes in line I reached the front. The cashier then said that they had to help the customer behind me first. I set my clothes on the counter and walked out. Spend a little more money at the other stores if you want quality merchandise and exceptional customer service.Looking through past reviews it appears this is the Macy's standard for the last 5+ years. Will never return.

I need to speak with a Adminsirtator or manager for Macy's furniture. I have had 2 horrible experiences and continue with my obstacles with no resolution or assistance. I would appreciate a response from macys management as soon as possible.

The escalators in this store have been down for MONTHS!!!! Terrible operations. I expected more from a store in this location.

This review is for the AWESOME STARBUCKS ON LEVEL 2 in the men's clothing area. My kids (2 young teen sons) won't go to any other Sbux! Great service, personal attention, and all served with a friendly smile! The older gentleman, Ross? Or Russ? Is so humorous and always ready with a joke! And tries to personally see your drink is exact to specific requests. Wow! Never had service like this in any other Sbux. All the employees are really exceptional

I was in Macys Finish Line shoe department with no other customers. The customer service was awful. The sales clerk was unhelpful, played on her phone, and did not offer any options when the shoe didn't fit. She just walked away.

Lot's of clothing in disarray. Seemed like there were hardly any new "dressy" dresses. Every section seemed to have a rack of random clothing smashed together on clearance. Was I just there between season change?? I couldn't find a sales associate to help me figure out the maze. I will also note that most registers had long lines with annoyed people. In the end, I simply left and shopped somewhere else. Verdict: FAIL

I ordered furniture on November 26,2021 on a Black Friday Sale. It was delayed numerous times due to supply chain problems. This last time, 9/27/2022 they claimed it was at the warehouse being inventoried only to send me another email saying it is not there and delayed again until 11/29/22. This will have been a year. Each delay, they ask if I want to cancel. At this point, I believe they do not want to sell it at that advertised price from last year. They refuse to let me speak to anyone about having something comparable delivered.
